Parliament House, East Wing, Adelaide

 Built over a five year period 1934 - 1939.
Parliament House was built in two sections. The West wing was completed in 1889, 16 years after the first plans were drawn up.
The building remained unfinished until
Sir Langdon Bonython
donated 100,000 pounds to the State in 1934, so that the east wing could be built and the building completed.
The estimated cost of the east wing was 256,000 pounds.
